Are you considering divorce? Your heart might be pulled in a thousand directions right now – worried about your future, processing your own emotions, and trying to hold everything together. Whether you’re feeling lost, heartbroken, angry, or overwhelmed (or all of the above), you don’t have to navigate this alone. Others are walking this same path, carrying the same hopes and fears. And if you have children, co-parenting adds multiple layers of complexity to an already challenging time.

In my groups, parents and non-parents come together to share their journeys. While you’re busy taking care of all the moving pieces of your life – it’s easy to forget about your own needs. Our groups offer you a dedicated space to pause, breathe, and focus on yourself. Here, you can explore what you want your future to look like, both for you and your children, supported by others who truly understand what you’re going through.
